Custom software in the Philippines is rarely a single sticker price. Scope, integrations, and who has to use the system every day matter more than the label on the proposal.

What you are actually paying for
A website that explains the company and captures inquiries is a different product from an operations system. The website is a presence. The system is how work gets done: records, workflows, permissions, reports, and the tools people already use.

What moves the price
Who uses it. A dashboard for two managers is cheaper than a portal for every branch, every shift.
What it has to talk to. Accounting, payments, SMS, existing CRMs, and government portals add integration work. The software is often the easy part; the connections are not.
How unique the process is. If off-the-shelf already covers 90% of the workflow, buying may be cheaper. If the remaining 10% is the actual business, custom is usually the cheaper five-year decision. We wrote that trade-off up in custom vs off-the-shelf.
Hardware in the loop. Kiosks, printers, and scanners are a different funnel. Hardware pricing is scoped per deployment: start with Nexus Kiosk if the service has to exist in a lobby, not only in a browser.
A useful way to budget
Treat the starting price as the cost of a first version you can run. Plan a second phase once the team is using it. The expensive projects are the ones that try to replace every process on day one.
